First step for 2023 - 2024 Kindergarten Registration

Hello Parents and Guardians,

Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year at Putman Elementary.

In order to be eligible to register, students must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2023.

This form must be completed by March 17th to be eligible for step 2 of Kindergarten Registration.
